Payment of Products purchased on the Site may be made through the PayPal payment solution. If you choose to use PayPal as PayPal, you will be redirected to www.paypal.com where you will authorize PayPal to make payment on KDUE's request based on the procedure provided for by PayPal and the terms and conditions of the agreed contract between the user and PayPal. The data entered on the PayPal site will be processed directly by the same and will not be transmitted or shared with KDUE. KDUE is therefore unable to know or memorize in any way credit card data linked to your PayPal account or any other payment instrument associated with that account. In the case of payment by PayPal, the total amount due will be debited by PayPal to the customer at the time of delivery of the Products or on the working day preceding the shipment. In case of termination of the purchase contract and in any other case of redemption, in any event, the amount of the refund due to the user will be credited to the PayPal account of the same. The crediting times on the payment instrument linked to that account depend solely on PayPal and the banking system. Once the credit order is placed in favor of this account, Annatjie can not be held liable for any delays or omissions in the user's credit for the refund amount, in order to dispute the user's need to contact PayPal directly.
